Hi Bob, just wondering if you would build a Jesse Cooper today and if there were things to be redesigned what would you ask for? I'm a single Man looking to sail shallow .
I truly love the Jessie Cooper design so yeah it is a boat I'd build again.
The only changes I'd consider making would be to stretch it out to maybe something like 30-32 feet with the same beam and maybe add another layer of plywood to the bottom.
One thing to keep in mind with Bolger designs is that changing them often becomes a problematic exercise that can bite you on the ass.
